Im searching from the intenet about this species. But there is still no research I saw about the family of this fruit.. I analyze that the Durian and Jack Fruit are come from different family..Most probably this "tarap" fruit is also another type of family...Anyone can do research on its family by applying the knowledge which known as "systematic". I had learnt this course before in Universiti Malaysia Sabah..Its stressable and really take long time for those are unexpert like me...hehe...Its enough for me to do research and classified the insects into their family long time ago ( around 2008/2009) hehe..
